February, 2018

Dear Holy Name of Mary Friends and Families,

What a wonderful Catholic School’s Week we celebrated at HNOM! From our opening Mass on Sunday, January 28 to the last performance of Annie, Jr. on Saturday, February 3 HNOM exemplified everything that is good about Catholic education.   Our faculty, students, parents, alumni and parishoners took part in activities that highlighted the reasons behind the success of Catholic education, and Holy Name of Mary School in particular.  A few highlights were our buddy day where we made Valentine’s for Veterans, Brain Challenge, a performance by the Harlem Wizards and we ended our week with a star studded performance of Annie, Jr by our talented students.  Bishop Barres was our guest at Saturday’s performance. He added much joy and enthusiasm to our audience, we were blessed to have him with us! Thank you to our PTL who worked with us to bring these events to fruition.  Thank you to the faculty and staff who worked tirelessly to have a fun filled, faith oriented and academically sound week.
