Aquinas Club

The Aquinas Club meets every Thursday during middle school's recess period. Club members are picked up in the cafeteria and escorted to the library. Chromebooks are an essential supply for the weekly meetings. 

Named after St. Thomas Aquinas, the patron saint of students and universities, the Aquinas program provides middle schoolers the opportunity for a self-guided learning experience. Students choose a topic of study and generate an essential question on which to conduct original research and collaborate. 

The Diocese of Rockville Centre (DRVC) hosts an Aquinas Expo each spring for students to present their research projects.
