Open to Grades 5-8, Art Club offers a student-centered, exploratory learning environment for middle schoolers to develop their unique artistic styles and to create original drawings, paintings, and sculptures. With an abundance of art supplies at their fingertips, club members learn new techniques, explore different mediums, apply their art skills to real-world projects - like the 8th grade locker makeover and the expansive wall mural for the early childhood hallway! - and tap into their own creativity and self-expression. Whether you paint like Picasso or you just doodle in the margins of your class notes, Art Club offers a place for everyone to - in the inspirational words of author Neil Gaiman - "make good art."

Led by retired art teacher Mrs. Darcy, Art Club meets weekly on Tuesday afternoons from 2:45 P.M. to 4:30 P.M. For more information about fees and scheduling, please download the registration form.
