According to tradition, Catholic Schools Week (CSW) usually kicks off in the gym when 8th graders play volleyball against HNOM administration, faculty, and staff members - and the entire student body cheers them on from the perimeter of the gym. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic this year, the tradition was modified and transformed into a concluding event for CSW. Instead of volleyball, the 8th graders and teachers squared off in basketball, shooting hoops from the free throw line to get the most baskets. While the teachers walked away with the victory, 8th graders showed enthusiasm and sportsmanship. Some surprise all-star students even emerged!
