Dear Parents,
We are almost done! Our last unit will be about the life cycle of a frog. Of course we will be practicing for our graduation on Wednesday as well.
I'm so grateful and happy that I was able to teach your child this past school. Thank you for all your help and cooperation to make this a great school year for everyone.
Any questions about graduation please do not hesitate to ask. I look forward to seeing everyone there. All are welcome. The children have worked so hard and are so excited for their big day!
Pre-K Graduation
-The Graduation will take place Wednesday, June 15 at 10:30 a.m. in the gym.
-The children are to be brought to the classroom one half hour before at 10:00am. Please be prompt .I need this time with the class to get them ready.
-All children are to dress up. Please no uniforms or play clothes.
-All children should wear their hair with a flat top so that the Graduation hat will fit. No high pony tails, no buns and no bows.
-Masks do not need to be worn. They are optional. If your child wears one, please attach it to a lanyard so that they can easily remove it for singing and put it back in place when done.
-The Graduation will be followed by a simple party for the children afterwards in the cafeteria.
Thank you for everything you do !

Masks do not need to be worn anymore but of course you child may still continue to wear one. We are keeping the windows open to circulate the air and using the air purifier . Do what makes you and your child comfortable.
If your child is absent please send in an absent note. This can be done the day your child is out to let me know in advance your child won't be in school that day. An e-mail to me (nonorato5578@hnomschool.org) is fine. If you send an e-mail you then do not need to hand write one when they return.
If you have any questions or concerns during the school year please do not hesitate to reach out to me. You can e-mail me at nonorato5578@hnomschool.org and I will respond as soon as I can. You can also see me before or after class. I truly want your child to be happy and love coming to school. This happens best when both the parent and teacher work together.
My Promise To You
I promise you everyday your
child will learn something.
Some days they will bring it
home in their hands.
Some days they will bring it
home in their heads,
and some days they will bring
it home in their hearts.

There is so much fun and learning waiting for your child to experience!
This will be a fun and exciting year as your child prepares for Kindergarten. We will be learning about letters, numbers, shapes, colors, seasons, holidays, animals, community helpers, fire safety, nutrition, life cycles of a butterfly and frog, insects, dinosaurs, do STEM activites and so much more!
We will be learning all about Jesus and being kind to each other and how to be a "bucket filler"
"Start children on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it"
